Training Announcement: Juvare Systems Operational Overview

Subject: Invitation: Juvare Systems Operational Training for Regional EMS Personnel & Leadership

To: Regional EMS Office Personnel, EMS Agency Leadership, and PA EMS Strike Team Members

We are pleased to announce a comprehensive, in-person training overview of the critical Juvare emergency management platforms. This session is designed for personnel who require operational knowledge of these systems for daily functions or potential deployment with the PA EMS Strike Team.

Training Focus:

This hands-on overview will cover the core Juvare applications essential for resource management and incident coordination:

  • EMTrack (Patient Tracking)
  • EMResource (Resource Status & Availability)
  • WebEOC (Common Operating Picture)
  • EICS (Incident Command)
  • ServPA (Volunteer Management)

Who Should Attend:

  • Regional EMS Office staff who currently use or may need access to these systems.
  • Personnel with a role in PA EMS Strike Team operations.
  • EMS Agency Leadership within the region who wish to understand these state coordination tools.

Training Details:

  • Date: Thursday, January 15, 2026
  • Time: 0900 hrs – 1500 hrs (6-hour training with a 1-hour lunch break)
  • Location: Seven Mountains EMS Council – Bellefonte
    523 Dell Street
    Bellefonte, PA 16823
  • Format: In-person, instructor-led overview.
  • Lunch: A one-hour break will be provided. Please note, lunch will not be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own or visit local eateries.

Purpose & Benefits:

Attendees will gain foundational knowledge of the Juvare suite, enabling more effective support for day-to-day regional operations and state-wide incident response. This training is key to ensuring proficiency in the tools used for resource coordination during emergencies.
